These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TapMap Daily ("the app"), published by Ropolabs ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use TapMap Daily for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with or reverse-engineer the app, automate gameplay, disrupt our servers, or use the app for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

3. Virtual coins & items

Coins and power-ups are a limited, revocable licence to use virtual, in-app items. They have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the app or between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for anything of real-world value. We may adjust, expire, or discontinue virtual items to keep the game balanced, subject to applicable law.

4. Purchases

Optional purchases (coin packs and the Remove Ads upgrade) are sold and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. TapMap Daily does not offer subscription products. Prices, taxes, billing, and refunds are covered by our Purchases & Refunds policy and by the store's terms.

5. Accounts

You may play anonymously or create an account to sync your progress. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure.

6. Content & accuracy

Geography questions and scoring are provided for entertainment and education. While we take care with our content, we do not warrant that every fact, location, or clue is free of error.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ropolabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to the app or Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue features, and may revise these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here affects mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
